AGRO312 — for investors: participation in bean and vegetable projects. Growing and storage. Sunflower oil bottling.

1) Who We Are (AGRO312)

 We are building a sustainable agricultural infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan: from raw material cultivation/procurement to quality standardization, packaging, storage, and delivery to the Kyrgyz Republic/Russian Federation/Kazakhstan. We are also considering expansion into Europe and Asia. We operate transparently: specifications, checklists, photo documentation, reports, and regular reporting.

Why Us:

 Focus on legumes and root crops + in-house packaging/storage processes.

 Quality standards and control at every stage (incoming samples, caliber, labeling, FIFO).

 Transparency: photos/videos of key operations, inventory, batch reports.

 B2B approach: private labels (PL), shipment SLAs, export documentation.

 Compliance: KYC/AML for counterparties, contractual covenants, insurance options.

 (The materials on this page are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a public offer or advertising of financial services. Details are available individually, upon request, and, if necessary, under an NDA.)

2) How we work with investors (step-by-step)

 Request → short phone call (15 minutes). We understand your interest (bean lots/storage/bottling), geography, and timeframe.

 Counterparty identification → NDA (if necessary).

 Materials package: brief overview, process diagrams, specifications, risk memo, reporting example; upon request, a financial model in 3 scenarios (Base/Down/Up).

 Participation format (no figures on the website):

 Revenue-share: payments proportional to actual revenue;

 Commodity/warehouse line: collateral/revenue rights, LTV limits;

 SPV/project participation: for storage/bottling infrastructure.

Payments are based on closed stages/shipments, escrow is possible.

 Contracts and covenants. Restrictions on quality, deadlines, capacity utilization, and LTV.

Pilot → scaling. We establish reporting and processes, expanding volumes.

 Horizons (typical, market/season dependent):

 Beans (turnover batches): 45-120 day batch cycle.

 Root vegetables/onions (storage): 3-9 months of technological storage + scheduled shipments.

 Oil bottling: production cycles of 7-30 days per batch, shipments according to schedule.

3) Projects in progress (detailed, end-to-end)

Project A. Beans (red/white) — from field to buyer

 Cultivation/raw materials: contracting farmers (Talas/Chui), agro-checklists (variety, sowing/harvesting dates, drying), documents of origin.

Reception: incoming inspection (moisture, contamination, infestation), reference samples, certification.

Processing: cleaning, calibration (e.g., 7–9 mm according to specifications), sorting for channel (retail/HoReCa/export).

Packaging: 25/50 kg bags, nets/inserts; private label (your brand), weight/labeling control.

Storage: dry, clean storage rooms, palletizing, sealing, inventory.

Shipments/logistics: delivery schedules, trucks/containers, documentation for Russia/Kazakhstan/EU/Asia.

Monitoring/reporting: yield, photo documentation of stages, summary of volumes/average price/inventory.

 Available upon request/NDA: specifications/samples, shipment schedule, contract templates, risk memos, financial batch model (3 scenarios), payment format (after shipments/stages, escrow upon request).

Project B. Root crops and onions — cultivation → technological storage → delivery

 Cultivation/purchasing: variety/size requirements, harvesting/pre-drying, preparation for long-term storage.

Reception/sorting: size and visual defects; 10/25 kg packaging according to specifications.

Storage: temperature/humidity/ventilation by crop, monitoring, condensation/sprouting prevention, shrinkage/rejection tracking.

Quality management: pre-shipment sorting, customer-specific standards.

Shipments: planned schedules (networks/processing), cross-docking.

Monitoring/reporting: KPIs — storage chamber occupancy, losses, marketable yield; monthly reports (balances/movements/photos).

 What we can provide upon request/NDA: storage map by crop, loading/unloading schedule, list of documents, offtake templates, financial model "capacity turnover" (3 scenarios), covenants (minimum occupancy/acceptable losses).

Project C. Albette Sunflower Oil — raw materials → RBD → bottling 1L/5L

Raw materials/semi-finished products: purchase of raw materials/raffinate; Incoming inspection (acid number, moisture, impurities), certificates of conformity/origin.

Refining (partners): neutralization → bleaching → deodorization (RBD), batch-by-batch laboratory protocols.

Bottling and packaging: 1L / 5L PET, date code, leak test; private label — layouts, barcodes, markings.

Storage/shipment: GP warehouse, FIFO, palletizing/strapping, logistics.

Monitoring/reporting: yield, filling rate, returns/complaints, inventory; photo/video of the production line.

 What we can provide upon request/NDA: process flow chart, production schedule, list of distribution channels, financial batch model (3 scenarios), payment format for closed batches (escrow available).

4) Risks and how we mitigate them

 Price (raw materials/sales): phased sales, market diversification (Kyrgyzstan/Russia/Kazakhstan/EU/Asia), contracts.

 Quality: incoming/outgoing inspection, caliber, PL marking, return procedures.

 Operational: standards, checklists, photo documentation, inventory control, independent audits upon request.

 Logistics: contracted carriers, insurance, schedule planning.

 Compliance/KYC: counterparty identification, NDAs, contracts, covenants (LTV/loading/deadlines).

5) Reporting (what you receive regularly)

 Monthly: volumes (incoming/outgoing), average selling prices (if applicable), inventory, photo documentation;

 Event-based: warehouse inventory, movement/shipment, laboratory/quality reports;
